How We Ship
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and in perfect condition. We ship via tracked courier service, so you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 working days. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. If you have any questions about your delivery, don't hesitate to get in touch.
Our Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unaltered. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
